1) Personal or anime-centric sites only.

2) No ads. No banners, pop-ups, shortcuts, none.

3) Boring or shoddy design, blatant teenyboppers, and blatant ignorance are all unacceptable. Be intelligent, unique, mature. Save my sanity.

4) You must like anime, the anime series Shoujo Kakumei Utena, or at least an element of both. (Obviously, this is the "duh" quotient.)

5) In the application form where it says, "Who's your chick?!" you must write, "Break that egg!" Applications without this response are automatically tossed. It's always important to read the rules.

6) Proper code must be posted BEFORE you apply. Accepted sites are posted within one month. Also, unannounced code checks are periodical, so keep them posted. No code = immediate removal.
